This is the second time Handyman Ken from Appliance Handyman LLC was dispatched to service issues at my rental property. On each visit he identified the problem and effectively made the repair within an hour. Ken is always personable, professional and he listens to the customer.
Also, previous businesses took weeks to schedule a date for repair and give you a 5-8 hour window when they may show. Appliance Handyman LLC was there 2 days after I reported the issue and their great customer service team (real individuals not a machine) was able to have the Handyman notify me 30 minutes prior to arrival.
